Grid member offline after adding IPv4 (VLAN) IP

Anyone encounter an issue where the Grid member became offline status from Grid Master after adding an IPv4 (VLAN) IP? Whether on LAN1 or LAN2. Though the IP was successfully added but the Grid member need to reset and remove the additional IP before it can be rejoined.
