I am looking for NIOS OVA for nios version 7.2.19. it is not available on the support site downloads.

Not all images are kept on the downloads page. Unless you have a specific requirement, you would download the closest version to what you need and allow the appliance to automatically synchronize the version of NIOS from your Grid Master when joining it to a Grid.
