Network Users synchronization feature is not supported by the Grid Master's model

Hi,

 

trying to synchronice AD with Infoblox but when activating 

 

"Enable Network Users Feature" in the Grid Administration we are getting the error above

 

"Network Users synchronization feature is not supported by the Grid Master's model"

 

 

Any help is highly appreciated.
