NIOS Upgrade from 7.3.7 to 8.6

Hi, 

Could anyone please help me with the upgrade to 7.3.7 to 8.6.x please. I Can't find any release notes for upgrade to 8.0. Need to confirm the upgrade path. Any help would be much appereciated. Thanks
