Unable to connect webui after upgrade

Hello everyone,

A customer has been updated his device from version 8.6.4 to 9.x

At the monent it is unable to manage devices from gui but only by using cli;

in addition, the services are working with no problem.

It has been tried to do a recovery with no success.

 

Someone could help me to find a solution ?
