Upgrade problem

Attempting to upgrade system to version 8.5.5 from version 8.5.2. both node 1 and node 2 upgraded successfully and so did the reporting node. the network data consolidator node appears to be stuck in upgrade. unable to pause or stop upgrade, status is green "running" on all except that one that shows red "SW Revision Mismatch" and on the grid manager page that node is stuck in member replication status "establishing" for hours. Rebooting that node did not change anything. i am able to SSH to that node and send command "show clusterd_info" at the bottom is says upgrade state upgrading, upgrade process running true.
