Zone transfer and DNS queries from loopback IP.

Hello, 

I need to install an Infoblox devices connected directly to an Internet Router. The connectivity between the Infoblox device and Internet Router will be through a private IP subnet. Aside from configuring a NAT in the Internet router to the outbound traffic from Infoblox, is there a way to use an Anycast or Loopback IP as source?

For incoming traffic from Internet, we are going to use an AnyCast IP in the Infoblox and a static route on Internet Router. We do no wan to enable NAT on Internet router.
