Modifying a TOP n Report to be just for a specific node or group of nodes

Is there a nice syntax for editing a clone of a Top N  report so that it shows a specific node or selection of nodes instead..

 

 Eg.   Cpu utilization Trend for just one server instead of the top 5 

 

The only work around I've managed is to increase the TOPn to a higher number until the node I'm interested in is included ... (when you've got 50+ nodes in a grid it can be a bit  painful )
