Are Infoblox Appliances Supported by the API

My Company are using 2 Infoblox Appliances, see details below. I would like to use the API if it's supported but I can't seem to find any information. ultimately I am trying to export all IPAM information in one execution and the GUI seems to not be able to do this(I keep having to drill down and exporting on each level.)
