Add Discovery exclusions on IP via API/WAPI [ Edited ]

Hi, 

I would like to add a set of IPs  to discovery exclusion via the API/WAPI to avoid many manual clicks. I checked out the documentation but found exclusion only for DHCP Ranges and next available IPs. The API(Perl) has discovery_exclusion, but this is also pointing to a DHCP object.  

Is there anyway to do this via the WAPI/API?
