Assigning Active Directory Domains/Sites via WAPI

Just wondering if it is possible via Infoblox WAPI (REST) to assign update Active Directory sites? 

We have implemented automation to create new subnets.  As part of our automation, we would like to update Infoblox Active Directory Domains/sites.  We use replication from Infoblox (our source of truth) to Microsoft Active Directory.  This will provide clients within the new subnet the ability to find the nearest domain controller.

Is there any doc on how to do this via WAPI?  Anyone have any examples they would be willing to share?
