Can Infoblox IPAM driver for Openstack register DNS records if Port is used for instance creation ?

When we create an instance in Openstack, we could let DHCP to get the IP or we could use Port allocations, which is more like static allocation. Reference here :

Can Infoblox IPAM driver for Openstack take care of DNS records creation in that case ?

Hi,

If you have the Infoblox IPAM driver and agent installed on your Openstack, and enablked DNS Support, you should be able to get the DNS records created on Infoblox.
