Error when trying to join infoblox instance to grid

Hello All.  So I have an ansible playbook which is supposed to automate the deployment of an infoblox environment, however, I am running into some trouble when trying to join the an infoblox instance to an existing grid.  I keep getting the following error:

The operation update is not allowed from this member as the authority is delegated to another member.

Can anyone explain what this error means so that I can begin to understand what the problem is?  Thank you.

Are you able to isolate which API call is returning that error?
