How to get a vlan id of an ip address in wapi 2.5

I am Trying to get the Vlan id of an Ip address using wapi,

 

http:// /192.168.1.9/wapi/v2.5/network?network=172.18.6.0&_return_fields%2B=extattrs

which is returning the value stored inside vlan attribute which is 6 but when i do the same for 192.168.10.1 the Vlan value is not returning. 

 

The web ui looks like this and I am trying to retrive VLAN ID from this table corresponding to the network id .
