After Adding Additional DC, When Disconnect First DC Clients Can Not Authenticate

yesterday
Hello
I had a Domain Controller on which the DNS feature was not activated. Infoblox was used as DNS. There were no problems. I added Additional DC and Windows DNS feature is not active on this DC. This also uses Infoblox as DNS. There is no problem with replication between 2 DCs. When I use the 'dcdiag' command, all tests appear to be 'passed'. I moved my FSMO roles to additional DC. Whenever I turn off my old DC or disconnect the network card, clients do not authenticate. When I run the 'gpupdate /force' command, the 'updating policy...' text remains stuck. Can you help me identify the problem?
As a second problem, when I change the hostname of my client included in the domain, its record on infoblox does not change as dynamically.
NOTE: My clients are given a static IP address.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello Again,
Found the problem. Clients can not reach to the additional dc because there is a deny rule at the firewall in the environment
