Power Supply 1 removed alert from Infoblox NIOS (Model IB-V1415).

Hi,

Received Email alert that Power Supply 1 is removed. 

what could be the cause. 

From the logs, I could see the PSU 1 alerts was sent around 17:52 today,

The appliance still detects the PSU1 but there are no power input,

Please note that There were no activity at the DC and the Power source is good.
