Disabling delegation records

Hello,

I ran into an interesting issue today with delegation records.  We have various delegation records that point to different services and load balancers.  We disabled one delegation record that points to our primary F5 load balancers and it made all the delegation records that point to that F5 load balancer to stop working.  We have never disabled a delegation record before so this result was unexpected.  I am not sure if this is expected behavior but it sure caused a fairly large outage in our environment.  After enabling the record all the other records came back online.  Anyone understand why this happened?

Could you share how did you disable that delegation records? May be we could start from that to trace the causes
