Upgrade from 815 to 825

I would like to understand the right procedure to upgrade a physical 815 to 825.

As far as I know they are both the same hardware and the only difference is the license which unlock more db objects.

I guess it should be something like push new license and reload, but I would like to know the official procedure to do that.

You put the license, then nios auto-reboots with more CPU and DB objects available.

 

Is the only reason for upgrade is DB object count?
