Forcepoint Firewall discovered without details

Just wondering Since the Forcepoint Firewall is accessible as a network and does not display any information, is there a way to find it using a licensed discovery device?

What is the situation exactly? Do you have a Network Insight appliance or not?

Not quite sure what "Firewall is accessible as a network" means. Are you saying that you have Network Insight and that it has found the Forcepoint Firewall but isn't displaying any data? Or is it displaying some data but missing other data you expect to see?
