Grid master : certificate is not valid via fqdn

Good morning,
We upgraded the DDI AWS infrastructure from version 8.5.2->8.5.5->8.6.2 and since then when we connect to the grid master via the fqdn the certificate is not valid whereas with the IP of the grid master the certificate is valid. Can anyone tell me if this situation is normal or not? if not, how to solve this problem
