Is a reboot need after a hotfix is applied?
I cannot find any information regarding rebooting or restarting the appliance in the documentation.
https://docs.infoblox.com/space/nios86/35758558/Applying+Hotfixes
However the Release Notes (NIOS_8.6.2.3_Consolidated_Hotfix-3):
After applying the hotfix, perform an appliance reboot on all the nodes that the hotfix has been applied to, to activate all the changes

Here is the Release Notes text for applying the hotfix (not reverting).
After applying the hotfix, perform an appliance reboot on all the nodes that the hotfix has been applied to, to activate all the changes.

If the following CLI command existed indeed on NIOS, it would help clarify our doubt.
show action_to_activate_hotfix - Infoblox NIOS 8.6 - Infoblox Documentation Portal

Hi,
I did upgrade from 8.6.2 to 8.6.2.4 hotfix and as per infoblox support each hotfix depending
on its type required different action.
In my case it was restart each node..
Regards
MIKE

You can try:
Infoblox > show version
Version : 8.6.2-49947-c076923293a0
SN : 1400000000000
Hotfix : Hotfix-CHF-8.6.2.4-J91437-Apply-ed88048cb1d0ae0e09ff9e4ca9ee2204-Sun-Jul-23-17-50-44-2023.bin

Ok, but what does this mean? Does the fact that the hotfix version show here means that it is applied?
