DHCP Fingerprinting - are option number sequences logged ?

I am trying to find the exact option number sequence provided by a few clients. Is this information logged or found in any Infoblox reports? Is this a case of just doing a packet capture? 

 

In cases where some OS's have several squences (Apple OS has two predefined) , I'm trying to determine which option sequence number is flagging that OS.
