Hi Guys,
Anyone experience regarding issue reporting license expired ? We found issue reporting license expired in my customer but when we showing from command show license in reporting Expiration Date : 01/02/2019 for GRID & NIOS ( more than 1 month from now ) and then from GUI we got notification Error in 'litsearch' command: your reporting license expired or you have exceeded your license limit too many times. Renew your reporting license by visiting http://www.infoblox.com/en/service/support/support-central.html. In parallel we already open ticket to support Infoblox.

Anyone knows how to solve that ? or we need just to waiting one month period to starto to work with the Reporting again ?
if the case is your license expired than you need to rene...

if the case is your license expired than you need to renew your reporting license. but if it is because your index data exeed the reporting license than you can do open case and request unlock key to the support and you need to tweak your category index so your data will not exeed the license again
