Grid Expire Licences [ Edited ]

Last year we changed infoblox to virtual machines.
We have announcement that expired licenses.
We have contacted the reseller and It already have the ones awarded but they do not install them.
Anyone know of any procedure to do it? We have looked a little in the documentation and have not found the procedure that fits our assembly.

I found the kb article #10989, #786 and #8990. It´s exactly my questions. 

I just needed a little more time to find it.
