Add Alias that replace big URl to one word

i have URL 

http://10.1.1.1:3333/webapp/jupiter/servlet/com.asset.jupiter.client.web.control.MainServlet/Display...

and i want to replace it with 

jupiter.sca.local

is it available to be done and if yes i need to know how

Do you actually understand what DNS does?

You can replace "10.1.1.1" with a host name in DNS (such as jupiter.sca.local), but the rest of that URL can only be shortened by defining an alias on your web server, that bit has nothing to do with DNS.
