DNS Firewall/RPZ license shenanigans

We have a customer who needs the RPZ functionality, but they do not want or need any feeds or Active Trust or threat protection, they just have approx. 30 DNS names that they want to re-write using RPZ.

It seems that to turn RPZ on they have to buy the whole Active Trust/Blox One license now - Infoblox no longer seem to make the RPZ feature available on it's own. Maybe I have got something wrong and would love if someone can correct me. Is there still a way to have just the RPZ feature turned on even without any feeds etc.

RPZ functions as a DNS firewall in which rules are expressed in specially constructed zone files. This portioned structure gives a successful technique for utilizing danger information for the identification and avoidance of malware and ransomware exercises at the DNS level (Hp envy 4520 troubleshooting).
