UI does not work

Hello,

 

I am having the following issue. When I try to access de UI interface the next error apears:

 

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

 

 

It happend to all the users. Could you please help me?

You have access restrictions for UI/API from the subnet/network that you are on right now.

 

Try
1. Login to the CLI of the GM and run "show security" to review the settings.
2. Login to the UI from an allowed subnet and review "Grid Properties-->Security-->Restrict GUI/API Access.

Thank´s for the answer. finally the solution was to enter in maintenance mode from de CLI (the command it´s hide) and restart the services.

GUI access restored after backup restore:

Infoblox > show security
