Cluster master service failure due to data is not searchable.

Hi,

I have changed the reporting of our grid from single indexer to single-site cluster with two reporting members. Reporting service on both members are working fine. However, I am getting the above error on the grid master. On the Reporting Clustering Status dashboard, it shows

Any idea what could be the problem and how to fix? I have tried restoring the reporting data backup but doesn't seem to help.

Somehow the insert image does not work. 

On the Reporting Clustering Status dashboard, it shows three error "Some Data is Not Searchable", "Search Factor is Not Met" and " Replication Factor is Not Met". Also on the Indexes tab, there is an error sign (No) under the Fully Searchable column for _internal.

Any advise will be appreciated.

It seems this issue is related to the NTP of the grid. Once I have the grid NTP fixed, the error went away.
