Ok I've just answered my own question, it seems when you call the /logout API you should not pass any headers, then it seems to work.

Hello, does anyone know which country Infoblox appliances are manufactured in? i.e. are they manufactured in China then imported into the US and other "depots", or are they manufactured in the US and exported to other countries?

I imagine it's a violation of Gartner's terms to share that info... you have to pay to get access. Infoblox Sales may have access to it though?
