Hi

When you set the NTP servers for a grid, is the NTP feed happens independtly to each member? or via the Grid Master?

By default, members use the grid master for their NTP feed, if you run "show ntp" from the command line on the member you will only see one NTP server configured with a weird IP address, that's the VPN IP address of the grid master.

You can however also define NTP servers for each member so that they each have multiple NTP servers, but that's not the default.

Have you thought about standing up a lab so you can test stuff like this? It might help with some of your other questions.

Hi Paul

I have built a lab indeed and yes, it is very helpful. Thank you for your help.
